About active learning space
・The active learning space is open to all students and faculty members of the university.
・When you use the space please present your student or staff IDs of all users to the counter .
・The seats per room is 9. The room can be used as a large room by removing the dividers.
・The room can be used for up to 3 hours at a time. A maximum of 3 hours, but it can be extended only once, as long as the next reservation has not been made.
・If you wish to cancel a reservation, please be sure to make a cancellation request.

Notice
・If you don't show up to the office within 30 minutes after the start time, the reservation will be cancelled.
・Please inform the counter when you have finished using the room.
・Only drinks with closed lids are allowed in exceptional cases.
